farm bees .. story of noura fayyad

New story challenge, this time from dir al balah, nora fayad 48 years old, this great woman decided to draw her own future by making her dream come true

The bees gathered around my acacia tree in a great  way , so I say to myself why I don’t have all these bees for me !! “With this simple thinking noura started her own small bee farm in her house yard

Nora Fayyad says “ The Project began by  buying five cells in a cheap price, and joined a lot of workshops to know how to deal with bees in every details , at the beginning of the my project Women's Affairs Center supported me by  providing for me Simple financial loan to buy  equipment and tools.”

So Five bees cells was the start and now over than 60 cells, and over than 70 kilo of honey cans been sells monthly, so a new financial income for fayad family to paid for their two children universities , not to mentioning the difficulties Nora faced through this project

Nora Fayyad talked about the difficults she’s  faced “Many of the difficulties I faced such as financial problems and people didn’t accept my work in the field of bees as a woman and they said I won’t be able to stand for a long time and my project will fail, but my family believed in me more than my self “

Five years are enough to prove the success of this project, but any success requires good planning and faith to achieve dreams no matter how big they are , and nora was the great Example for this

Palestinian women always proved that they can rise after any failed, nora one of these women who challenged herself and broke the society   traditional with faith, hard working and family support
